    I love your advanced step classes. Sometimes I'm challenged by connecting series of moves- especially when they occur on the front side of the step (sometimes I come back and I'm on the wrong foot). But practice makes perfect, and it always gets sorted out. This was so much fun. Amanda cracks me up. Also- you've perfected the way you call the moves just when my brain is searching for "what's next again???" Your fluency keeps us on point.

    The second segment was SO HARD! For some reason, I could not get the flies (you two looked awesome doing those, BTW). I was starting to get it by the end of the class. I know that with more practice I will nail it! Thanks for all the work you put into creating these step routines. I echo the comments from many others - you are an amazing choreographer and caller!     This was a great way to get back into morning workouts after being away. Did some great hiking in NW Ontario (Canada) with grandkids! So fun but donated LOTS of blood to the mosquito population 😩Loved the rock music and thank God for 20 seconds!!! 🇨🇦💕

    Super challenging- but hang in! Most difficult sections are in the beginning (IMO) so they get repeated the most. By the last few run throughs, it finally all clicked! Thank you, Chris!

    Definitely one for the books.. A total challenge, and one day soon I will defeat it. Until then, I'm going to have to keep trying and sweating, While Having a Blast!! I laugh at my mistakes, but I power through them, and just do it over a few (thousand) times... As long as I;m not being st....d about it, and pushing past my limits it works... I change the move when I can't get it, but I don't quit till I do... Thanks Chris and Amanda ! (BTW, Amanda you move through it with ease)

    I just came back to do this again after several months and had so much fun that the time flew by. I’ve been getting into your strength videos and it was amazing how much more fluid and graceful I felt vs the first time because I’m stronger now and not just a “cardio queen.” 😅

    It’s taken my 8 years to start working out , obviously I So embarrassed to go that gym, I loved strap class in the gym when I went. So I got myself a step board and found this, now subscribed and taken me 3dayd to finish and do the full routine,. I no she wont read this far to busy but I do thank her so much.
